Catering Services
Choose from our catering options:
DROP OFF SERVICE
We will prepare all meats, sides, drinks, condiments, mini desserts, and include plates, cups, napkins and utensils. All food will be delivered at the time specified by you, and left in disposable metal serving trays. You will set up food for your guests, and your guests will serve themselves. It will be up to you and your guests to clean up, as well as dispose of all leftover food.
BUFFET STYLE
We will prepare all meats, sides, drinks, condiments, mini desserts and include plates, cups, napkins and utensils. We will set up food for your guests. Guests will enter a serving line and be served by our staff. Guests will be required to throw away empty plates, napkins, cups, etc. This service is an additional 15% charge.
FULL SERVICE
We will prepare all meats, sides, drinks, condiments, mini desserts, and include plates, cups, napkins and utensils. We will set up food for your guests. Guests will be served by our staff at their tables. Our staff will clear empty plates, trash. This service will be an extra 25% charge.
